Terms of engagement

Exclusivity

Once your seat is activated against a perimeter, no other operator in the system sees its signals. Contested perimeters are resolved by timestamp — there is no auction.

Billing

Monthly. Per perimeter. Annual contracts available at a 15% reduction for operators holding three or more perimeters.

Guarantee

30-day perimeter window. If the signals don't fire or don't convert, exit clean. No invoices in escrow. No clawback.

Scale

Operators may hold up to twelve perimeters per seat tier. Teams running fleets above twelve qualify for Brokerage Sector pricing — direct line only.
