Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fees may include, without limitation:

• Platform access and subscription fees.
• Territory setup and onboarding fees.
• Campaign configuration, spatial analysis, and data processing fees.
• Vendor coordination and fulfillment fees, including direct mail coordination where applicable.
• Reporting infrastructure and account support fees.

Subscription fees are generally billed in advance on a recurring basis. Unless otherwise stated in a signed order form, subscription fees are non-cancellable for the then-current billing period and are not pro-rated upon cancellation.

Clients may cancel future renewals by written notice to billing@territoryos.xyz before the next billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid term.

Setup fees, onboarding fees, data processing fees, vendor fulfillment fees, and custom configuration fees may be non-refundable once work has begun.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests should be sent to billing@territoryos.xyz and include:

• Company name
• Billing email on file
• Invoice number
• Reason for the request

No refund is guaranteed for dissatisfaction with campaign results, audience size, lead volume, revenue, match rate, or return on investment.

New clients may receive a 30-day Market Calibration Review period if expressly included in their order form, checkout terms, or written subscription agreement. The Market Calibration Review is intended to evaluate account setup, territory configuration, reporting access, and campaign readiness. It is not an unconditional guarantee of revenue, lead volume, audience size, match rate, or campaign performance.

If a signed order form, written subscription agreement, or approved enterprise plan contains different refund or cancellation terms, those signed terms control over this policy with respect to the applicable engagement.
